Study of BaTiO3/YBa2Cu3O7-x heterostructural films grown on (00L)SrTiO3 by pulsed laser deposition

摘要
Epitaxial double-layer heterostructures of BaTiO3/YBa2Cu3O7-x were grown on (0 0 L)SrTiO3 by pulsed laser deposition. The results show that the YBa2Cu3O7-x films are well c-axis oriented and their T-C is above 85 K, and the BaTiO3 films grown on YBa2Cu3O7-x films have c-axis and/or a-axis orientation under different O-2 pressure. The c-axis lattice constants of (0 0 L)BaTiO3 films decrease slightly with the increase of O-2 pressure and those of (H 0 0)BaTiO3 films remain constant. Both YBa2Cu3O7-x and BaTiO3 films have good crystallinity and epitaxy. During the BaTiO3 film deposition, the mismatch of BaTiO3 layer with YBa2Cu3O7-x layer is dominant. In addition, domains exist in the(H 0 0)BaTiO3 film.
