摘要
The K alpha and K beta X-ray fluorescence (XRF) cross-sections were experimentally determined for elements in the range 26 less than or equal to Z less than or equal to 42. The obtained experimental results were in good agreement with the theoretical values. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
