Research on conductance transducer for granular material moisture measurement

摘要
A novel conductance transducer powered by alternating signal is advanced in this paper. It is composed of conductance and temperature measurement circuits. The transducer could overcome electrolysis and contains a capacitance compensation circuit. The alternating measurement signal is rectified and filtered by active circuit. In order to remote control, a constant current circuit is adapted for changing measurement signal to 4 similar to 20mA current signal. So it is satisfactory for granular material on-line moisture measurement. Experiments illustrate its good linear.
