摘要
The total synthesis of eucryphin and its five glycosyl-modified derivatives from commercially available phloroglucinol was first developed. The key step for the synthesis of eucryphin relies on selective oxidation to form a hydroxyl group at the C-3 position of chromone by using iodosobenzene diacetate reagent. The methodology may be utilized in the synthesis of functional chromone derivatives.(c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
