摘要
Considering the deficiencies of traditional monitoring methods for steel corrosion, a design scheme of remote monitoring system for corrosion degree of reinforced concrete is proposed based on wireless sensor network (WSN). The design principle of steel corrosion monitoring sensors and manganese dioxide solid-state reference electrode are introduced. Low-power chip CC2530 was selected as the core of data processing and wireless communication module, and its peripheral circuit was designed. The star topology was implemented as the network topology of the wireless monitoring system for the corrosion degree of reinforcement in concrete. The monitoring interface was designed by the means of LabVIEW software, which realized some practical functions such as registry, parameter setting, data monitoring, data query and warning system. The experimental results show that the potential signals collected by the proposed system can reflect the degree of reinforcement corrosion well. Meanwhile, the system has stable performance and high reliability.
