摘要
The aim of this research is to examine the relationships among servant leadership, work engagement, and psychological empowerment, including testing for mediation role of psychological empowerment on the relationship between servant leadership and work engagement. PROCESS v3.4 macro application running on IBM SPSS, developed by Andrew Hayes (2018), was used to test the research hypotheses. As a result of the analyses made with the data obtained from 440 public employees in Gaziantep, it was found that the relationship between servant leadership, work engagement and psychological empowerment was positive and significant. However, it was also confirmed that psychological empowerment has a partial mediating role in the relationship between servant leadership and work engagement. The limitations of this research, its theoretical and practical implications are discussed in terms of future research, together with the suggestions presented.
