摘要
Time-of-flight neutron diffraction at IBR-2 pulsed reactor (FLNP JINR, Duhna) was applied to study the structure and microstructure of electrodes for Li-ion batteries in the special designed electrochemical cells and in commercial Li-ion power sources during their operation (in-situioperando study) The results at recent studies of lithium-containing materials for Li-ion batteries are presented.
