摘要：

Psoriasis is a common, chronic, inflammatory, multisystem disease with predominantly skin manifestations. Every patient needs to be treated individually upon to the severity of the disease, associated comorbidites and life style. Under the light of recent studies and publications proposing algorithms and treatment stratetegies psoriasis treatment is discussed here. (Turkderm 2008; 42 Suppl 2: 31-41)
