摘要
This paper attempts to find out an approach applicable to Chinese civil servants' performance management according to circumstances in China in the light of advanced theory of performance management and practical experience abroad. Namely, on the basis of the establishment of organizational culture suitable to performance management, the efficiency of human resources management in the government can be promoted through performance management training for the subjects of evaluation, an effective control of the goal of performance management and consequently a smooth implementation of performance management in the government.
