摘要：

Placenta accreta is an abnormal adherence of placenta to the uterine wall without interposition of decidua basalis. Placenta percreta (PP) is the rarest form but may complicate the pregnancy with acute severe hemorrhage. We report two cases of PP causing perforations of the uterus. Emergency total hysterectomy was performed in both cases. Risk factors, clinical approach and therapeutic managements are discussed. (C) 2013 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
