摘要
In this paper a novel multilevel high gain quadratic boost converter is proposed The proposed circuit combines the advantage of quadratic boost converter (QBC) and switched capacitor circuit and produces much higher output voltage under the same duty cycle, and input voltage and with only one switch. The proposed switched capacitor gives continuous input current, reduced voltage stress, wide conversion ratio with high switching frequency. This circuit may be ideal to charge 1000W, 48V battery from an-isolated Photovoltaic cell using DC-DC converter. The quadratic boost converter with switched capacitor is used to fulfill the expectation. The performance of quadratic boost converter is compared with quadratic boost switched capacitor converter (QBSCC) and the results were presented The simulation was carried out using MATLAB/Simulink toolbox.
