摘要
The article's aim is to explore factors that influence work stress and job satisfaction for knowledge workers (as opposed to the whole working population). Pre-selected set of factors / independent variables is statistically analyzed using empirical data collected during nation-wide survey of levels of living in Sweden. The results - in form of correlation coefficients indicating dependencies among the factors and work stress / job satisfaction and an outline of possible interpretation - are discussed with respect to some of existing work stress / job satisfaction models and also with respect to using the findings in practice of knowledge workers' management.
