摘要
The continuous evolution of wireless network technologies, advancement of data applications, and ever-increasing demand of higher quality of service has presented a challenge to network optimization engineers on how to accurately monitor network performance to make sure the desired quality of service (QoS) or quality of user experience is delivered. The traditional KPI (key performance indicator) based network optimization is not adequate anymore. The paper presents a practical framework by correlating the Key Quality Indicator (KQI) and KPI of the network to identify the root cause in wireless network that affects the end user experience. Hence, it allows network engineers to strategically optimize network KPIs to meet the QoS demand.
