摘要：

Sustainable agriculture synthesizes a variety of concepts associated with agricultural practices and their socio-economic impacts. In general, it can be argued, sustainable agriculture must be ecologically sound, economically viable, and socially responsible. In this article a structured analysis of terminology used in the field of agriculture is presented, disclosing ecological farming, sustainable agriculture/farming and organic farming. The paper also aims at defining the principles of organic farming.
