摘要：

Small town development has been one of the focuses of our society currently. To resolve the problem of fund shortage in small town development, and prosper small town economy, the basic precondition is a perfect small town investment and financing environment to support the economic activities. Under this circumstance, this paper studied the connotation and evaluation of small town investment and financing environment. The paper defined the meanings, characteristics and constitution of small town investment and financing environment firstly. On such basis, the evaluation index system of small town investment and financing environment was established. At last, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was introduced briefly. We hope our research will benefit the practice.
