摘要
The conventional aircraft braking test is difficult to be Suitable to the variable condition and will lead to test error under different aircraft type, and the bulky structure of mechanical wheel restricts its application. A combination scheme of braking test is presented, in which the constant inertia is simulated with mechanical inertia wheel and the variable inertia is simulated with electric inertia device. The electric inertia simulation device is designed with electric machinery control system so as to adjust the inertia stepless in any direction according to the actual requirement. The mathematical model of testing system is established, and the effective control law is designed to control the electric machinery to produce the inertia and simulate the braking performance integrally. The results show that it is feasible to simulate the braking process under different aircraft type by using electric inertia simulation.
