摘要
An effective method to prepare nearly monodisperse Cu2O and CuO nanosphers was investigated. The rapid production of supersaturated Cu 2O single-crystalline nanoparticles and their regular spherical aggregation caused the monodispersity of Cu2O nanospheres. The diameter, crystallization, and monodispersity of Cu2O nanospheres could be kinetically controlled by modulating the concentration of reactant H2O. The result showed that the intrinsic properties of monodisperse nanospheres could be finally tuned by changing parameters including diameters, chemical composition, bulk structure and crystallinity.
