摘要
In this paper, it was investigated that why to support E-learning and how to improve E-learning in higher engineering education. Information technology has already increasingly permeated academic E-learning activities; Institutions must provide an adequate and reliable technical infrastructure to support E-learning activities: Instructors and students must possess the technical skills to use E-learning tools; we can promote and improve E-learning through researching on above-mentioned works.
