摘要
Effects of nutrient seed coating (iSeed) and temperature regime on germination dynamics and total germinating capacity of four turf species (Red fescue 'Darwin', Kentucky bluegrass 'Miracle', Perennial ryegrass 'Beatrice' and White clover 'Pirouette') were observed in laboratory. Neither seed coating nor temperature regime had statistically significant effects on germinating capacity of any species. However iSeed treatment slightly increased germinating capacity of Beatrice, Darwin and Pirouette at the 25/15 degrees C regime and Darwin at 20/10 degrees C temperature regime. There was significant positive effect of iSeed on germinating energy detected in white clover at the beginning of germination (3th, 7th, 10th day) at the 25/15 degrees C regime.
