摘要
In this paper, a bi-level programming model is presented to determine the optimal system performance for urban traffic network under the scenario that the drivers' parking rind route choice behaviors with or without advanced transportation information system (ATIS) are considered. An extension of the successive average algorithm based sensitivity analysis method is proposed for solving the bi-level programming. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the application of tire proposed model and solution algorithm.
