This paper focuses on the study of collaboration replenishment among Supply chain members, which aims to minimize the total cost of supply chain and enhance the response speed. On the basis of analysis of concepts and contents of collaboration through supply chain, referring the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment guideline promoted by VICS, a collaboration replenishment framework is presented. Aiming at a two-tiered supply chain which is composed of a manufacturer and several distributors, we establish the objective cost function of supply chain, in which the replenishment cost, holding cost and stock-out cost are considered. And also, the algorithm based on searching approach and linear programming is presented. Taking use of the algorithm, a numerical example is given out, which proof that the collaboration replenishment method call reduce the cost of supply chain. According to the further analysis of the model, we can get some significant strategies which can help companies to make decision.
