摘要
The readily available and inexpensive silver iodide catalyzed one-pot three-component reaction of 2-ketoaldehdyes, secondary amines and terminal alkynes to access 3-amino furans in environmentally benign water proceedsviatandem Mannich-Grignard addition followed by intramolecular cyclization was described for the first time.
