摘要
The three-phase Inverter system using single phase grid line should combine the Inverter circuit with PFC(Power Factor Correction) circuit because of improving the Power Factor and Power Efficiency. In order to design the system at home appliance as a low-cost application, nowadays the non-isolated design is mainly used for this Inverter system. In this case, the wrong designed PCB produces an unwanted error or a malfunction. Accordingly, the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) layout design between power patterns and signal patterns should be more important factors for removing the failure cases against the unintended noises. Therefore, at this paper the popular devices for a three-phase Inverter system, a so-called IPM (Intelligent Power Module), are chosen. And this paper proposes a guideline on how to design the PCB layout for Inverter and PFC block of motor application together as well as studies on the failure cases about wrong PCB layout design.
