Taking into account the features of transition period in formation of international relations system during joining Eurasian transport infrastructure, it is getting appropriate predictive attention towards the problems of staff training, population training, potential foreign business partners, taking info consideration both cooperation experience for the last years, and predictable difficulties, based on social and cultural differences of partners.
