摘要：
With methyltrimethoxysilane as the precursor and three kinds of commercial colloidal silica as inorganic reinforcing materials, the composite coating was prepared on aluminum plate by sol-gel method. The effect of different colloidal silica and reaction time on the properties and structure of composite coatings was investigated by FTIR, SEM, and TG-DTA. The results indicate that the coating synthesized from the acidic colloidal silica 1034CS has the highest heat resistance in comparison with the other two coatings; all the coatings have good thermal stability, and the thermal stability of all three coatings tended to be enhanced with the increase of reaction time; all coating had good hydrophobicity as shown in the contact angle test.
