摘要
Objective To investigate the protective effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on cisplatin(CDDP)-induced nephrotoxicity in human embryo kidney 293 cells and its possible mechanism.Methods Through HEK293 cells grouping,the effect of LBP,CDDP and LBP on CDDP-induced cytotoxicity was observed by MTT assay.Lipid peroxidation and GSH were determined.Results Cisplatin to MDA concentrations were significantly increased, decreased cell viability, apoptosis rate increased. After the role of LBP in a certain range, MDA concentration decreased significantly increased cell viability, apoptosis rate. Conclusion LBP can alleviate CDDP-induced cytotoxicity in 293 cells. Antioxidation and scavenging of free radicals underlies the mechanism.
