Thermoluminescence of novel materials of perovskite structure prepared by sol-gel method

摘要
Mn-doped YAlO3, EuAlO3 and PrAlO3 perovskite nanopowders were synthesized by sol-gel (Pechini) method and characterized using X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, photoluminescence and thermoluminescence techniques. The studied nanopowders were of single YAP phase or contained only traces of YAG or YAM phases. The studied samples showed mainly red luminescence originated from Mn4+.
