摘要
For creative industries, the key point of business model innovation is to gain a competitive advantage in the industry. As stated above, innovative business models can create new markets or enable companies to create and exploit new opportunities in existing markets. To formulate a strategy, the evaluation of the business model is carried out by assessing the expected existing business model. This study aims to develop a Business model innovation Based Management System Strategy for the creative industry. This research uses a mix method approach. (qualitative and quantitative) The participant and informants in this research are creative industries in the Jember district. Total participant or informant in this research is 37 owner of creative industry and 20 consumer of creative industry. The results show that the Creative Industries need to formulate new value propositions to their customers namely brands and designs to innovate business models. Creative Industries must clarify their business models by understanding and applying their strengths in creative industries.
