摘要
High-quality crystal units on the basis of langasite single crystals were investigated using piezoelectric resonators. The quality factor and frequency vs temperature stability of 5 fabricated resonators was investigated at the temperature ranging from 293°K to 75°K. The results show that microminiature langasite resonators possess low values of the motional inductance and motional resistance.
