摘要
The country people, hunger breeds discontentment, food is the source. Food security is an important foundation for the realization of economic development, social stability and national security. Under the background of the new normal, China is in the accelerating industrialization, informatization, urbanization, ensuring food security is not only the basic condition to realize the sound and rapid development of the national economy, and is an important guarantee to promote social stability and harmony. The new normal analysis from the food security in our country present situation and the significance of hands, we will discuss the challenges, and from the two aspects of technology development and technology policy put forward to ensure measures for a food security in the new normal.
