摘要：

A novel method of many degrees of freedom position measurement is presented. This method measures two-dimensional angle which is azimuth angle, pitch angle and three degree of freedom position which is vertical, horizontal deviation and rolling by scanning image point of three-forked graduation board on the linear CCD sensor. The mathematical model of five degree of freedom is established. And the hardware circuit design method of the position measurement is give.
