摘要
This paper explored teachers' progression in the use of physically active lessons (integrating physical activity into academic lessons) as didactic practice. During a two-year intervention, teachers developed physical movement activities and incorporated them into their teaching. Seven teachers participated in structured interviews, which used the Levels of Use approach to identify factors associated with sustainable implementation. All the teachers implemented physically active lessons, and five of seven became advanced users. The results indicated that collaboration with colleagues, especially experimentation and reflection, is essential for growth in teachers' skills and knowledge. To achieve sustainable implementation, active school leadership is needed, emphasising the importance of the approach in teaching, and establishing structures for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
