摘要：
This paper puts forward the notion of knowledge chain, and it studies the optimal incentive contract under the condition of symmetric information and asymmetric information respectively. This research indicates that the agent invests more knowledge under symmetric information than under asymmetric information, and the core enterprise can get higher returns under symmetric information than under asymmetric information.
