摘要：

In a patient with subarachnoidal haemorrhage the authors found on the angiogram of the vertebral artery during panangiography a duplicature of the basilar artery. On CT of the brain there was a typical perimesencephalic pattern of subarachnoidal haemorrhage. On lumbar puncture blood stained CSF was obtained.
