摘要
The article deals with content analysis of the terms cultural diversity and cultural intelligence, perceived as a prerequisite for successful functioning within the framework of culturally diverse environment. The aim of the article is to identify the existence and strength of the relation between the level of cultural intelligence and chosen variables (gender, age, education, frequency, length and types of international experience holiday, study abroad, foreign internship, business trip, working abroad and level of language skills). The results indicate that the length of international experience has significant relation to the overall level of cultural intelligence as well as to its dimensions, meaning that longer exposure to culturally diverse environment increases level of cultural intelligence.
