摘要
The cement and concrete-based materials are the materials commonly used in the construction field. Its strength and durability can affect the quality and life of the building structure, and in the service stage, it will be affected by erosion of harmful ions, thus producing physical and chemical reactions of materials, which is closely related to the inside structure and properties of materials. Therefore, this study will study the ion erosion process of cement-based materials and concrete on the basis of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Firstly, the ion erosion process of cement-based materials is analyzed, and the model of material ion erosion process is introduced. Then, through the measurement, in the chloride ion erosion process (Cl-) of the cement paste, electrochemical impedance spectrum varies with time. Different water cement ratios influence the impedance spectra and micro structure of materials. The ion transfer process parameters R-ct1 and Cl-erosion depth changes with time, the relationship between function parameters R-ct1 and Cl-erosion depth is shown, and based on the relationship, the known R-ct1 is used to predict the late Cl-erosion depth.
