摘要
Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is a solid tumor derived from squamous epithelium. Its 5-year survival rate is 50%. The higher mortality may be due to the lack of early diagnosis and the lack of certain markers to determine the development of the tumor and the prognosis of patients. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to detect the expression of CDK1 protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and to explore the correlation between CDK1 protein and clinicopathological features and prognosis of OSCC. In this study, immunohistochemistry (SP) method was used to label the vascular endothelial cells of normal mucosa and squamous cell carcinoma tissues with anti-cdk1 protein antibody to determine microvessel density (MVD), CDK1 protein MVD and oral squamous cells. Then, the correlation between clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of epithelial carcinoma was analyzed. In this study, we found that the expression of CDK1 in OSCC was positively correlated, and rs=0.354, P=0.027. The expression of CDK1 protein in OSCC tissues was significantly different from that in normal tissues (P<0.05). In OSCC tissues, the high expression rate of CDK1 protein MVD was closely related to grade, clinical stage, T stage and lymph node metastasis. The difference was statistically significant, and was not related to age, gender and smoking (P>0.05). From this study, we can draw a conclusion: CDK1 protein is not significantly associated with age, gender or smoking, but is related to OSCC pathological grade, clinical stage, T classification and lymph node metastasis. In addition, the prognosis of patients with high expression of CDK1 protein is poor, which can be used as one of the prognostic indicators of OSCC.
