摘要
Wheel electric vehicles are regarded as the future direction of the electric vehicle because of its high efficiency,[1] simple mechanical structure, etc. While the wheel motor control technology directly related to the performance of the vehicle. A kind of a low power wheel motor drive control circuit was researched and designed in the paper, the whole motor drive control circuit is divided into microcontroller, drive control, and signal detection and communication interfaces four parts. Freescale 9S08DZ60 microcontroller is selected as control core of the system, it has rich port resources and communication interfaces, its innate CAN interface can meet requirements of the vehicle network communication. Power drive uses IRS26310 as drive chip that can simultaneously control six power MOSFETs, it has the functions of overcurrent, overtemperature and undervoltage protection. The system adopts voltage control mode, the motor control algorithm uses speed/current double closed loop control, combined with the information of the position sensors to achieve electronic commutation. Through the experiment, the designed wheel motor drive controller can complete the basic functions of drive and control motor, and achieve the desired requirements.
