摘要
There are many factors which influence cutting quality, efficiency and life of tools when machining special-shaped stones with shaped diamond tools in metal adhesives. Technical parameters such as cutting speed, feeding speed and cutting depth are studied and optimized in the paper. Grinding ratio is considered as an index and orthogonal experiment method is adopted to optimize many factors. The relationship between wear of metal bonded diamond grinding wheel and machining parameters is studied in the paper to determine suitable machining parameters, the purpose of which is to improve machining quality, and to reduce the wear of cutting tools as well as to lengthen the life of tools.
