摘要
The {10 (1) over bar1} twin in beta-quenched Zr-1.0Sn-1.0Nb-0.3Fe (wt%) alloy was characterized by transmission Kikuchi diffraction (TKD) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Basal-prismatic (BPy) and prismatic-basal (PyB) interfaces were observed at {10 (1) over bar1} twinning boundary disconnections in zirconium for the first time. The migration mechanism of twinning boundaries (TBs) attributed to the glide of twinning disconnections was proposed. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
