Cultural Tourism Resource Development Evaluation Research based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the varied market demands and aggravated tourist industry competition, the typical tourism living on sightseeing has not satisfied the need of modern tourists. By analyzing the regularity and characteristics of cultural tourism resources, cultural tourism evaluation index system is constructed based on analytic hierarchy process. Rule layer of the established evaluation index system includes resource value, regional background environment and regional comprehensive condition. Expert scoring method is used to determine the weight of evaluation factor. At last, cultural tourism evaluation is carried out for some city in China. From the evaluation results, some decisions can be made to promote the development of cultural tourism resource.
