摘要
Function recovery from spinal cord injury has always been a difficult issue puzzling scientific workers on spinal cord. Stem Cell Transplantation (SCT) is considered one of the latest and most promising therapies. In particular, BM-MSCs lay the foundation for the recovery of damaged spinal cord function with their advantages of self-replication abilities, multi-differentiation potential, transplantable property, low immunity quality and etc. This paper mainly focuses on the clinical application and scientific research achievements of BMSCs transplantation technology on patients suffering from spinal cord injury and aims to extract findings related to the usage of BMSCs in function recovery process after spinal cord injury and to provide theoretical basis for patients with spinal cord injury in late-stage motor function recovery. The study indicates that the combination of BMSCs transplantation technology and united transplantation technology effectively accelerates the motor function recovery of patients with spinal cord injury, especially when employing BMSCs along with such substances as other medicines and neurotrophic factors, function recovery from spinal cord injury appears to be more efficiently promoted. In this way, more favorable effects are shown compared with simply using BMSCs transplantation method.
