Calculation of equivalent circuits and impedance response of radially polarized cylindrical thin shell

摘要
Combining the energy and the motion equations in materials, die equivalent circuits of self-supported and thin film deposited on substrate piezoelectric cylindrical shells are obtained. The simulated results of the impedance responses of both structures are calculated and discussed.
