摘要
The purpose of this paper is to propose and test a conceptual model of organisational behaviour management aimed at companies' knowledge intensive development. The research was also made by analysing the most relevant assessment models and the best practices on intellectual capital reporting worldwide. The research techniques used are: investigation of secondary data and content analysis, model testing was accomplished by applying statistical methods of analysis, starting from descriptive statistics up to correlations and regressions. The main results of this scientific approach, which meet the purpose of the paper, focus on: identifying the differences that occur in companies' organisational behaviour knowledge intensive and labour intensive; identifying the pillars of companies' organisational behaviour aimed at developing intellectual capital and achieving a content analysis on the reports that envisage the issue of developing the knowledge intensive of companies which in 2011 were included in the Forbes top: The World Most Valuable Companies.
