摘要:
This work studies the dynamic responses of an in vacuo cylinder/plate coupled structure. A finite isotropic cylindrical shell closed by either rigid or flexible circular plates is examined. The system is excited by an external axial force acting at one end plate. Vibration analysis of the structure is conducted using both an analytical method and finite element analysis. A Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) model of the coupled structure is also developed. The applicable frequency ranges for the vibrational responses of the cylinder/plate structure estimated by the deterministic and statistical approaches is discussed.
