摘要
Green synthesis of metal nanoparticles is fascinating field in material research, as it possesses less toxicity, biocompatible, ease to functionalize with biomolecules and involves no harmful chemicals for synthesis. Despite of low yield percentage, green synthesized metal nanoparticles are promising candidates for upcoming field of research like biosensors, nano-drugs, bio-based nanoelectronics etc. In the current study, silver nanoparticles were synthesized using Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis flower extract, and studied its structural and optical properties using X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and UV-Visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis). The synthesized silver nanoparticle showed its characteristic SPR peak at 454 nm. XRD study confirms the formation of silver nanocrystals. SEM morphology confirms the spherical structure of synthesized silver nanoparticles.
