摘要：

In this paper, we investigate a class of Ito nonlinear stochastic systems(NSSs) with time-delay, providing the conditions which guarantee the rationality of the adopted equivalent control method via which we establish the sliding mode equation. Moreover, the existence of the siding mode equation and the attainability of the sliding mode motion are proved, respectively.
