摘要
The residual stress distribution of the T-joints for aluminum-lithium alloy welded by double sided synchronization fiber laser welding was measured by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the residual stress distribution for T-joints is symmetrical. The maximum of residual stress is 210 MPa, which is longitudinal residual stress and appears in the vicinity of the weld fusion line. The longitudinal residual stress is larger than the transverse, and it is more important. With the welding input increasing, the maximum of the longitudinal residual stress decreases.
