摘要：

The emergence of "career plateau" phenomenon, along with the flattening of the enterprise hierarchy, correlates with the idea and mechanism of career development It's the effective way of preventing and solving the problem of "career plateau" to construct the three-dimensional (3D) model of career development, to choose the rational career management target and management center, to design width, length and frequentness of career ladder.
