摘要
Modern trends in higher education have necessitated strong demand for industrial liaison as a tool for training and developing the skills of students who are potential employees of cooperate establishments. Technological growth in the areas of Engineering, Business, Applied Arts and Sciences are emerging strongly and challenges are open for academic institutions as to update education tuned to requirements of industrial needs. The assessment indicators provide Universities in with empirical basis for assessing students on Industrial Attachment programme through the use of common criteria for assessment by all Universities in the country. The information from the assessment of students on Industrial Attachment can be used by Management of the Universities and other stakeholders for policy decisions that it are aimed at improving students' performance on Industrial Training.
